Herb Stuffing with Turkey
1 roaster turkey
salt and pepper
paprika
Stuffing
4 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 chopped onion
Place stuffing mix in bowl; set aside. Pour chicken broth into small saucepan.
Add butter and bring to a boil. Pour over stuffing mix. Add beaten egg and mix
until well blended. Stir in chopped onion. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove
giblets from cavity of roaster. Sprinkle neck and cavity with salt and pepper.
Spoon stuffing lightly into neck and cavity. Truss neck and cavity to close.
Fold wing tips back and under upper part of wing. Place roaster, breast side up,
on rack in roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Roast,
uncovered, 20 minutes per pound.
