German Tomato Salad
5 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper; freshly ground
1/2 cup vegetable oil
6 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 large onion; diced
Blend all ingredients together and chill for 1 hour before serving. Serve on
lettuce leaves.
