Sausage Egg Bake
Serves (8)
1 pound sausage
2 - 10 3/4 cans of condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
9 eggs
3/4 cup milk;
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup or 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Lightly grease a 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish; heat oven to
375. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no
longer pink; drain. Stir in the soups. In a mixing bowl,
beat eggs, milk and pepper; stir in sausage mixture.
Transfer to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle top with the
cheese. Bake uncovered, at 375 for 40 - 45 minutes or until
a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
