Marinade Dressing For Vegetable Salads
1 cup red (or white) wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 (to 3) Tablespoons granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 (or more) cloves minced garlic.
In a saucepan, mix the five ingredients and bring to a boil
over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and cool. Use on
vegetables of your choice.
