This is a light cool salad/dessert during the warm summer
weather, or
any time during the year.
Creamy Orange Fluff Salad
1 large pkg. (6 oz.) orange Jell-O
2-1/2 cups boiling water
2 cans (11 oz. each) mandarin orange, drained
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice, thawed 1 pkg. (8 oz.)
cream cheese,
softened
1 cup cold milk
1 small pkg. (4 servings) vanilla instant pudding
In bowl, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; stir in drained
oranges, undrained pineapple and orange juice concentrate.
Pour into a 9 x 13 inch dish that was sprayed lightly with
Pam, or lightly greased. Refrigerate until firm. Beat cream
cheese in mixing bowl and gradually
add milk and pudding mix. Beat till smooth and spread over
orange layer and chill until firm.
