This is my mother's recipe which she made often for my children when they were young. They loved it. It is an Italian version of "lazy cabbage rolls".

Cabbage Pizza

1 head cabbage, chopped and cooked in water until crisp
1 cup Onion and bell pepper slices
1 lb. ground beef or pork
Salt and pepper to taste
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup instant rice
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated spaghetti cheese

Sprinkle of oregano

Cook chopped cabbage in water until tender and crisp. Drain. Saute meat in a little bit of olive oil with onion and pepper until done and season with salt and pepper. Place cabbage in a foil lined pizza pan or 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Mix meat and instant rice and add about ½ jar of spaghetti sauce, watered down with equal parts of water. Spread this mixture over cabbage. Cover with the rest of the spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with oregano. Cover with spaghetti cheese and mozzarella cheese and seal with aluminum foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour or so.
