Also Sandra from Oregon was asking about a recipe for a
Butter Brickle Cake that used the same flavor ice cream. The
recipe I use calls for
only 3 ingredients:
Butter Brickle Cake
1 cake mix (any flavor)
1 pint ice cream (any flavor)
3 eggs
Beat together well with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Put in
any size greased/floured pan. I use 10 inch bundt, or tube
pan for mine. Bake at 350º for about 50 minutes, or till
tests done. My oven cooks a little faster, so is usually
done sooner. I have never made this with the butter brickle
mix, but I bet it would be good. The original recipe said
not to use cake mix without pudding in it, but I have with
good success. Hope this is what you are looking for?
