Trout Almondine
4 filets of trout
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup flour
1 cup butter
1/2 slivered almonds
Dip filets in milk. Season with salt and pepper, dredge in
flour. Melt 1/4 of the butter in electric skillet at 375
degrees and brown filets on both sides. Remove from skillet,
add remaining butter and saute almonds. Serve over cooked
filets. Serves 4.

TROUT MEUNIERE
Follow above recipe, omitting the almonds, serve with
browned butter over fish.
