Tropical Cream Punch

1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated)
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (6-ounce) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
2 (1-liter) bottles club soda, chilled

In punch bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and juice concentrates; mix well. Add club soda; stir. Garnish as desired. Serve over ice. Refrigerate leftovers.
