To Die For Roast
Roast, your choice
1 large onion, chopped
Spaghetti sauce, your favorite, jar or can
1 to 2 cloves fresh garlic crushed
2 tbsp butter, or margarine
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 (1 lb) pkg spaghetti noodles
Chop onion and place in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Place your roast on top. Add one jar or can of your favorite
spaghetti sauce, pouring over the roast. Add one or two
cloves of crushed fresh garlic cloves. Put the lid on and
slow cook for 10 - 12 hours. During the last half hour, put
a big pot of spaghetti noodles on to cook. Remove the roast
from the slow cooker. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter, or
margarine, and stir in 2 tablespoons of flour to make a
paste. Add this to the spaghetti sauce in the slow cooker
stirring well. Put your roast back in and continue cooking
until the noodles are cooked. Drain your noodles, slice the
roast. (It should actually shred well with a fork). Mix the
meat in with the sauce and serve over the noodles.
