Strawberry Supreme Cake
1 box Strawberry Supreme Cake Mix
1 box French Vanilla pudding
4 large eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
Icing:
2 cups sour cream
1- 12 oz Cool Whip
2 cups powdered sugar
1-2 tsp vanilla
1 quart fresh strawberries
Grease & flour 4 cake pans. Preheat oven to 350. Mix cake
mix & pudding in a large bowl. Add water & mix well. Add oil
& eggs 1 at a time mixing well each time. Beat for 2 mins on
medium. Pour into cake pans, dividing equally. Cook for
about 23 mins or until cake is done. DO NOT OVER COOK! Cool.
Make icing. Turn 1st cake onto plate. Top with icing &
sliced strawberries. Continue with all layers. Top layer
with icing & plenty of berries. Chill until ready to serve.
This is really better made the day before! I've never had
any to bring home! :-)
