Break into small clusters.
Store tightly covered. For Sue, Illinois
Spicy Asian Slaw
In a bowl place:
1 bag Broccoli slaw
1 can drained mandarin oranges
2 sliced green onions
1/2 diced red bell pepper
2 tsp cilantro or parsley if u don't
like cilantro
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Dressing:
6 Tbs rice wine vinegar & oil
3 Tbs peanut butter
4 Tbs soy sauce
3 Tbs brown sugar
2 Tbs fresh ginger
1 chopped garlic clove
Toss broccoli w/dressing. Let sit for 15
minutes.
Serve
