Spaghetti Salad
1 Pound Spaghetti, Cooked Al Dente..
1 Pkg. Good Seasonings Dry Italian Mix
1 Bottle Italian Salad Dressing 16 oz (I
use Zesty)
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 Red Pepper, chopped
1 Yellow Pepper, chopped
1 Orange Pepper, chopped
1 Can Black Olives, Chopped (I chop
whole ones, cheaper)
1 Purple Onion, Chopped
2 Cans ( 14 1/2 oz) Italian Styled
Tomatoes, Undrained
Combine While warm the Spaghetti & and
Italian Dry mix and toss well.
Add Italian Salad Dressing and toss
well. Add rest of ingredients and
Combine well.
Cover and let it set overnight in the
Refrigerator. It will taste OK if you
only let it set for a couple hours, but
overnight lets the flavors come
together.
When Serving, if salad seems dry, add a
couple tablespoons of either tomato
sauce or V-8 Juice, let it set a few
minutes and if it still is dry add more.
I used to make this for a restaurant I
worked in. It is a Cold Salad and it is
very good if you make it a day or two
ahead. It does last in the Refrigerator
but once it comes out, everyone will
want some once they taste it. TNT
