Russian Salad Dressing
October 2006 Newsletter

Combine in a shaker jar:
1/8 c. canola oil
1/8 c. catsup
1/2 T. sugar
1/2 T. white wine vinegar
1/2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. salt
1/16 tsp. coarse black pepper

Shake very hard and chill. Keeps up to 2 weeks. Makes 1/3 cup.
