This is a really easy and great recipe.

Ruby Slipper Cake

1 yellow cake mix with pudding
8 oz sour cream
1/4 c water
2 T orange juice
2 eggs
3 oz raspberry jello
1 jar seedless raspberry jam
Mix the 1st 4 ingredients 2 min on medium. Spoon 1/3 batter in prepared tube pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 jello to cover batter and bake 350* 45-50 min. Cool in pan 5 min. remove and cool. Spread thinly with jam mixed with orange juice.
