Roasted Potatoes
2 pounds red potatoes, cut in bite sized pieces
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 envelope dry Ranch (or Italian Dressing) Mix
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a large plastic bag add potatoes, oil, shake and toss to
mix. Add drying dressing mix and shake again. Bake on a
ungreased non-stick baking sheet for 30 minutes. Turn
potatoes once during baking. Makes 4 servings.
