Potato Casserole

1 can cream of chicken soup, plus ¼ cup milk
1 pt. sour cream
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup melted butter
1¼ tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 large green pepper, chopped fine
2 lb. pkg. O'Brien potatoes, thawed

Mix all ingredients and put in a 9x13" pan. Top with potato chips or cornflakes; refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
