Pork Chops N Stuffing
Brown 4 pork chops on both sides in oil; Drain. Meanwhile,
lightly mix 3 cups soft bread cubes, 2 tbsp. chopped onion,
1/4 cup melted butter, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 tsp. poultry
seasoning. (also added some pepper and a little sage). Place
a mound of stuffing on top each chop in baking pan.
Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup water and pour
over dressing and meat. Bake for 1 hour uncovered at 350º.
