Here are a couple of recipes I found in the 5/10/2006
newsletter.
Polish Mistakes
1 lb. hot or mild sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1 loaf cocktail rye bread, small pieces of bread
Brown the sausage and beef in separate large skillets. Drain
off the grease and combine the two into one skillet. Add the
Worcestershire sauce,
oregano, and onion salt and mix together. Cut Velveeta into
cubes and add slowly making sure it melts completely. Spread
onto cocktail bread slices and place on cookie sheet. Bake
for 15 minutes at 350ºF.
