I've made this jello dessert time and again when we are watching our weight and when we are not.

Jello Magic Mousse

1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. jello, any flavor
1 8 oz. Cool Whip

Stir boiling water into jello and mix til blended. Add Cool Whip and mix with whisk til Cool Whip is completely melted. Pour into mold or glasses and refrigerate. Delish!

And to the ladies that sent in recipes for Johnny Marzetti casserole. I haven't made that since the 60's! If I can remember tho I cubed Velveeta Cheese and mixed it in, baking til cheese was melted. Oh, so good. Thanks for reminding me and will make it very soon. My kids are grown but will scale it down for just the two of us.
