Hi Nancy, so sorry about that accident, that was terrible to have to wait that long for the police. So glad you are okay. Also praying for that hand surgery coming up on Tuesday. Just wanted to share a good summer recipe others might enjoy.

Garbage Dip

2 small cans of diced or chopped green chiles (I use mild)
1 small can of chopped black olives
1 bunch of green onions (chopped fine)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
5 T. oil
3 T. red wine vinegar
garlic powder, garlic salt to taste.
Mix, chill and service with chips.
