"Easy" Enchiladas
2- large cans of chicken breast
1- can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pint of sour cream
1/2 chopped onion (or to taste)
1- large can of Enchilada sauce
shredded cheese
Spray bottom of a 9x13 pan. Mix together
all ingredients & put on one end of a
flour tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. &
roll up. Place seam side down. Top with
Enchilada sauce & more cheese. Bake @
375 for 30 mins.
