Deviled Fried Chicken

1 (3-1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up
3/4 cups flour
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt (I don't use near that much)
1 cup cooking oil ( I don't use that much)
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup milk

Wash and dry chicken parts. Combine flour, salt, pepper and mustard in a bowl. Heat oil with garlic and Worcestershire sauce in a large heavy
skillet. Dip chicken pieces in milk and then in flour mixture. Fry in hot oil or about 30 minutes, until evenly browned on all sides. Drain
chicken; place in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered for 20 minutes at 350º until tender.
4 to 6 servings.

NOTE: I always bake it for at least 30 minutes, to make sure chicken
is cooked inside.
