Easy and Good Crockpot Beef Roast

1 Beef Roast (sized for your crockpot)
1/2 C of Water
1 pkg Ranch Dressing Mix
1 pkg Italian Dressing Mix
1 pkg Brown Gravy Mix

Put roast in crock pot, pour water around the base. Sprinkle all 3 dry seasoning packets over roast. Cook for 6-7 hours on low. Remove roast to cutting board and let sit 15 minutes; slice thinly across the grain (electric knife works best). (Do exactly as the recipe says...do not add more water, etc. Your family will enjoy I guarantee! Tastes like you browned it and simmered it all day on the stove.)
