Glad to hear you are ok, but that heat can be rough. I wanted to ask you or the group how to find a recipe sent in some time ago-it is Bacon Pork Tenderloin. It has bacon, tenderloin, soup and sour cream. I don't have the directions and would appreciate a repost. God bless and take care.

Crockpot BBQ Ribs
this is my tnt recipe when I want bbq.

10-12 country style ribs-wash and remove all fat possible
1 large onion-peeled and quartered
2 garlic cloves-cut in half
1 c ketchup
2 cups bbq sauce-I use Sweet Baby Ray's Honey
12 oz cola (coke, diet, or zero works fine-so does Dr. Pepper)
Sea salt
Black pepper
Onion powder

Season clean ribs with salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste. Put in crockpot-add onion and garlic. Top with ketchup, BBQ sauce and cola. Stir to blend well, making sure all ribs are coated. Cover and cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Resist the urge to peek! I served yellow rice and green beans with these. They reheat great, and are delicious on a bun as a sandwich. If you like bbq, you will love this.
