Delicious Cole Slaw- A local fish & chips place with a great tasting cole slaw and he very kindly shared the recipe.

Cole Slaw

2 bags shredded cabbage and carrots
chop finely or put in food processor

1/4 cup sugar or Splenda
1/4 cup oil & 1/4 cup crushed pineapple with liquid
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellman's always)
combine above four ingredients and then add what you need of the cabbage & carrots for good consistency.
Refrigerate overnite to let flavors mingle.
