Hello Nancy this is another recipe that can be used later
that I make that is
good. Leslie from TX
Chicken Taco Chili.
5 chicken tenderloins simmered in one can chicken broth and
one can of
water until done maybe 30 minutes Don't drain but chop up
the
tenderloins and then add the following
1 can southwestern vacuum packed corn
1 can diced blackened tomatoes
1 can large lima beans drained
Mix this well and simmer for a few minutes and then add 1/2
package of
taco seasoning mix
1/2 teaspoon oregano and cumin or to taste
1 Tablespoon chili powder or to taste
Simmer for about 20 minutes to blend flavors
Serve on cheese tortilla chips and top with grated cheese.
