Cherry Cheese Roll Ups
1 can crescent rolls
3 oz cream cheese
1 c cherry pie filling-mashed w/fork
1 c canned coconut
1 c very fine pecans
1 egg white and beat slightly
Heat oven to 375 degrees and spread rolls in triangles with
generous amount of cream cheese. Spread 2-3 Tablespoons of
pie filling on top and sprinkle generously with coconut.
Roll up beginning with the large end and brush with egg.
Roll dough in pecans and put on lightly sprayed cookie sheet
and bake 11-13 min or golden brown. Serve warm.
