Cauliflower Soup
Makes 4 servings
Serving size 1/2 cup
Weight Watcher Points - 5 points
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen cauliflower (cooked, drained)
1/2 cup cream of chicken soup, condensed
1/4 cup skim milk
1 cup low fat, low sodium, Swiss cheese
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Place cauliflower in baking dish. Combine soup, milk and
cheese and spread over cauliflower. Bake 10 minutes at 350
degrees.
