Carrot Raisin Salad

3 large carrots (2-1/2 cups shredded)
1 medium stalk celery (1/2 cup sliced)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix and refrigerate.
Sue cauliflower. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
