This recipe was passed to me by a friend who is a retired caterer.

Caramel Apple Dip

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 t. lemon juice
2 t. vanilla flavoring
1 c. milk
3 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix

Beat cream cheese and brown sugar together, until creamy and smooth. Add sour cream, lemon juice, flavoring, milk and pudding mix. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hrs. prior to serving. Serve with apple wedges.
