Butterscotch Marble Cake
1 pkg. white cake mix (without pudding)
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) butterscotch instant pudding mix
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup water
4 eggs
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Put all ingredients, except chocolate syrup in bowl and beat
on low till moistened with electric mixer. Beat on medium
speed for 2 minutes. Pour
2/3 of the batter into a well-greased and floured 10 inch
bundt pan. Mix the remaining 1/3 batter with the chocolate
syrup and pour evenly over
the butterscotch mixture. Do not mix in. Bake at 350º 50 to
55 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool 25 minutes and
remove from pan. Cool thoroughly on wire rack. Sprinkle with
sifted powdered sugar.
