Beef and Macaroni Casserole

2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
1 can marinara sauce
1/4 cup catsup
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups dry macaroni, cooked according to directions on package

Brown beef with onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until lightly browned; drain. Mix with remaining ingredients and turn into casserole dish. Bake at 350º 25 to 30 minutes (uncovered) until bubbly. 6 to 8 servings.

NOTE: The recipe calls for 1/2 tsp. pepper and 1 tsp. salt, but I just add it to taste. I also don't measure the macaroni, onions, or green
pepper.
