Banana Nut Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla pudding
4 large eggs
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup water
3 very ripe bananas
1 cup pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 350. Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Add pecans & stir. I make this in 3 loaf pans or you can use a Bundt pan sprayed. Bake for 30 mins to 1 hour depending on how your cooking. Cook just until done. Do not over cook! During baking time, make icing.

Icing:
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla

Boil for 4-5 mins. When cake is dome. remove from oven & poke hole with skewer or end of a long wooden spoon. While cake is still hot, pour hot icing over cake. Let cool completely.
