Baked Peaches
1 large can peach halves
16-20 macaroons
1/2 cup sherry
Drain peach halves, reserving 1/2 cup syrup. Arrange peach
halves in a shallow baking dish. Mix together peach syrup
and sherry. Crumble in
macaroons and stir until all crumbs are moistened. Fill
peach halves with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20
minutes, serve warm.
Serves 6.
