Alfredo Sauce
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain
and rinse. Set aside. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together spinach, ricotta, mozzarella,
tomato sauce and crab meat. Spread about 1/3 cup of the
filling on each noodle. Roll up, beginning from one of the
short ends. Place rolls, seam sides down in baking dish.
Pour Alfredo sauce over rolls, making sure all pasta is
covered. Bake at 375 degrees 40-45 minutes.
Serves 4.
Alfredo Sauce
1 pint of heavy cream
1 stick of butter
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic power
In a quart sauce pan, combine heavy cream, butter, and cream
cheese. Simmer until melted and mixed well. Add Parmesan
cheese and garlic powder. Simmer for 15-20 minutes on low.
You may wish to season with a little salt and pepper.
