Tomato Basil Bread

1 1/4 cup tomato juice
1 1/3 tablespoons honey
1 3/4 teaspoons basil, I believe this is dried
1 2/3 - 3 tablespoons gluten
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons yeast

Add per directions on your bread machine. Set for the white bread cycle, set for medium color of the loaf.

To Linda in PA when we were in Harrisburg we had we ate on Sunday at a free standing diner. This recipe for meat loaf is not from that place but it came from the Betty Crocker site. I copied this recipe before we left for the trip. It is good and I will make this again.
