Potato Wraps
4 sm. new potatoes (1 1/2 inch diameter
each)
1/2 tsp. LAWRY'S Seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. LAWRY'S Seasoned pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed bay leaves
8 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash
potatoes and cut into quarters. Sprinkle
each with a mixture of seasoned salt,
seasoned pepper and bay leaves. Wrap 1
bacon piece around each potato piece.
Sprinkle with any remaining seasonings.
Place in baking dish and bake uncovered
20 minutes or until bacon is crispy and
potatoes are cooked through. Drain on
paper towels. Serve, if desired, with
sour cream and chives.
