Potato Stuffing
1/4 c. bread crumbs
8 crackers
3 potatoes
1 onion
3 slices of bread
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
Boil potatoes. Break bread into small
pieces; chop onions. Mash potatoes and
mix all ingredients together. Stuff bird
when ready to bake.
