Carrot and Potato Beef Stew
1 to 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
Chopped onion
4-5 lg. potatoes, cup up
4 carrots, sliced sm.
Catsup
Water
Brown ground beef and onion and drain
off fat. Add vegetables to meat and
cover with water and catsup to full.
Cook until carrots are tender, usually
45 minutes to 1 hour.
