Barbecue Pork Chops and Potatoes
4 pork chops
4 potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
1 bottle barbecue sauce
1/2 onion, diced
Salt and pepper
Brown pork chops in skillet. Drain
grease. Put in potatoes, onion. Mix
barbecue sauce with water half and half
enough to cover potatoes. Salt and
pepper to taste. Cover and simmer 45
minutes or until potatoes are done.
Serves 4.
