Pumpkin Pie (No Bake)
2 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
2 c. milk
1 ½ c. sugar
4 tbsp cornstarch
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 (10") baked pie shell
Combine all ingredients in heady duty pan, consistently stirring. Bring to a
boil over medium heat until thickened. Pour into pre-cooked pie crust and let
cool before refrigerating.
