Pumpkin Apple Butter Pie
1 c. cooked pumpkin, mashed
1 c. apple butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. milk
1 pie shell
In large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine pumpkin, applebutter, brown sugar, salt
and cinnamon. Blend in eggs and milk. Turn into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees,
45 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
