Impossible Garden Pie
2 c. zucchini, chopped
1/2 c. onion
1 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Mix these ingredients and pour into a lightly greased 9 inch dish.
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
Tsp. of salt and pepper
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the zucchini mix and bake for 40-45
minutes in a 400 degree oven.
