and Spaghetti Sauce Recipes
Spaghetti Pie
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar any spaghetti sauce
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 to 2 eggs
1 to 2 lb. spaghetti
Parmesan cheese
1/2 to 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook spaghetti according to directions
and drain. Beat into spaghetti 1 to 2 eggs (1 egg per pound
spaghetti). Set aside. Brown beef and drain. In large saucepan;
spaghetti sauce, mushrooms drained, browned beef and pepperoni
slices halved. Heat to boil, simmer 15 minutes. Place 1/2 egg and
spaghetti in pie pan. Sprinkle grated Mozzarella cheese. Add rest of
spaghetti mixture. Top
with rest of Mozzarella cheese. Place in oven until cheese melts
(approximately 5 to 8 minutes). Cut into pie wedges. Top with
spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 1 to 2 pies.
