Easy Bisquick Banana Waffles
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 egg
1 1/3 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
Beat all ingredients with hand beater until smooth. Pour batter from cup or
pitcher onto center of hot waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops. Remove waffle
carefully.
Makes 3 waffles
