Pineapple Jello Salad
In a 9 x 13 pan layer:
miniature marshmallows
bananas
I can drained crushed pineapple
Make 1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O, cool and pour over above. Mix and cook in
saucepan till thickened:
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons corn starch
2 tablespoons butter
Cool and pour over above. Add a small container of Cool whip over above.
Sprinkle ½ grated American cheese over top.
This recipe is about 70 years old. It is my mom's recipe.
