Celery Cheese Scallop
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
3 cups chopped celery
2 cups milk
1 cup shaved cheese
Cook celery till tender. Put layer of crumbs in greased baking dish, then celery
cover with cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat to fill dish. Turn
in boiling hot milk with 1 cup of celery water. Bake for 30 minutes.
