Swirled Meatloaf
Meatloaf
1-1/2 to lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion, diced
1 egg
4 soda crackers, smashed
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 clove of garlic, crushed
Filling
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. Jack cheese, grated
Combine all ingredients for the meatloaf
and put the meat on wax paper and
flatten it out to about 1/2 inch thick.
Then put your Jack cheese on it. Top it
with the frozen broccoli. Take the
corners of the wax paper and lift. The
meat should start to roll, like a
cinnamon roll. Place it in the pan and
cook it. Cook 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees
or until done.
