Cream of Mushroom
Soup Meatloaf
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
Scald milk; add bread crumbs, onion and
garlic. Mix with ground beef. Form into
meatloaf. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Mix can of soup with the half can of
milk. Pour over meatloaf to cook for the
last 15 minutes.
